Short and readable on purpose. Using the hosted fragmentum playground means agreeing to these terms. They are currently available in English only.
Research use only
fragmentum supports expert research and decision support. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses or clinical recommendations, and its outputs must be reviewed and confirmed by qualified people using independent evidence before informing any decision about a person's care.
Your data, your permissions
Upload only data you are permitted to move off your own infrastructure and to process on a hosted service. You keep all rights to your uploads and results; we claim none beyond what is needed to run them for you.
Fair use of the service
Plans are metered by agent runs and tokens per day. Do not attempt to break isolation between accounts, probe the infrastructure, resell access, or use the service to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that do.
Solutions and licenses
Analyses run open scientific tools packaged as Album solutions. Each solution declares its own authors, citations, and license; those licenses, not these terms, govern the tools themselves. Cite the underlying methods in published work.
Availability and changes
The playground is provided as-is, without a guaranteed service level; background jobs and stored files can be lost if a server fails, so keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Features and these terms can change; material changes are announced on the site.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for scientific conclusions drawn from outputs, for data lost on the service, or for downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
