Privacy Notice
Plain language, no dark patterns: this page says what the hosted fragmentum playground stores, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is currently available in English only.
Account data
Creating an account stores your name, institution, email address, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). They are used to operate your account and are not sold or shared for advertising.
Chats and the language model
The agent is driven by a large language model. The text you type in the chat — and the tool results the agent produces from it — are sent to the model provider configured for the deployment; your account page names that provider. Keep patient identifiers out of the chat. Saved chats are stored with your account so they follow you across devices (throwaway chats are not, and a chat that exceeds the per-account storage caps stays only in your browser — the app tells you when that happens); deleting a chat deletes its stored transcript.
Uploaded files and results
Files you upload, and the results runs produce, are stored in per-chat workspaces on the server that hosts your account. They are not shared with other users. You can delete any file from the Files panel whenever no run is actively using it; deleting a chat removes its uploads and results; deleting your account removes everything you own, including uploads, results, conversations, and catalog access tokens.
Payments
Paid plans are handled at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your payment details go to Paddle, not to fragmentum; we receive the subscription state needed to run your plan.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Your browser's local storage holds your sign-in token, language choice, interface preferences, your account email, and a local copy of your chats so they open instantly; signing out clears the chats once they are safely stored with your account (and warns you if any could not be). On a shared computer, use a private window. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the technical request but no account data.
Deletion and export
Account deletion removes your database rows and your whole server-side workspace — uploads, results, conversations, catalog mirrors and tokens. Until self-serve deletion ships, email fragmentum.ai@gmail.com from your account address to have your account deleted or your data exported.
