fragmentum is a thin layer over Album. The analysis methods live in the solutions, each with its own authors and license. We credit the projects this playground builds on.
The recorded demo uses a small bioimage example for clarity. The live catalog spans dozens of solutions across genomics (rare-disease triage, read alignment, variant calling and interpretation), transcriptomics and single-cell, clinical biostatistics, protein structure, and sequence analysis. When you connect a catalog, the agent reads the actual solutions, arguments, and citations available to you.
